IRS Debt Relief Eligibility:

A streamline installment agreement can help settle IRS debt. You can apply for a streamlined installment agreement if the amount of IRS tax debt is less than $25,000. Apart from this there are certain qualifications which are required before being eligible for a streamlined installment agreement.

  • All the necessary tax returns must be filed by you

Typical method of calculating monthly payment is total amount of taxes owed will be divided by number of months (60 months). In addition 20% amount would be added to your monthly payments for covering interest and penalties.
